" A Little More About No Hater Wear Founders "

 

 

I agreed to build this "NOHATERWEAR" profile page for my long time friend of over 15 years, John, "The Boudine Man," as he's called in Dallas' black night club life, where everyone knows him, but I'm going to take it over, now. So holla. I'm approachable.

 

And some of you "Old Schoolas" from the Greater Harlem New York area will be glad to hear that, one of New York's Pioneering D.J.'s, Wayne-G, Of The Mighy G-Force, whom I've had the pleasure of being around a few times, this real "Mover & Shaker," is down here kickin it with good old southern brothas, like, The Boudine Man, and myself. We call our new friend, simply, New York. And those who are in the know are aware of Wayne's bio being prepared for book release, is what I'm told, and perhaps, a movie deal?

 

I met John in one of the many clubs I use to work, in Dallas, when I hosted my own Cable TV Show, called, "Night on the Town," whereby, my producer, Billy Scott, who was the original producer of the long time running talk show series in Dallas, called, "Insight," and my sometimes co-host, the late Dallas Radio D.J. Personality with KVIL, KKDA, KNOK, KFJZ, KXTX, KDAF, and KTVT, Curtis Pierce, who, at the same time, in 1991, was hosting his own show, called, " Around the Town," and, Curtis was Dallas' first black radio personality to go live and host his own music entertainment series in the early 70's, called, "Operation Soul," that aired on Channel 11, would set-up shop for me to showcase by interviewing night club owners, bands, and patrons of the club, in our effort to give the owners more exposure in Dallas' local, and surrounding communitites.

 

My connection to Dallas' black night club life, today, is via a man everyone in our club life know as, "The Boudine Man," because, first, he being from Louisianna, and, because John can make some of the best boudine you'll ever eat. I'll upload his photo to this profile soon.

Last week, former NFL Wide Receiver, Byron Williams, met with my friend, "The Boudine Man," to discuss a possible business venture with NFL Propertes that will benefit the kids in the Bryon's Summer Camp, and others across our nation. They are in the early stages of product development, so stay tuned for updates.
