I am an outgoing, positive, motivated sista who is driven to accomplish all that I envision. I am the proud mother of two strong, beautiful sons and a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with degrees from the mighty, mighty South Carolina State University (GO DAWGS!) and the world renowned Michigan State University. I represent the most illustrious sorority ever created...Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc.(ooo-op!!!)as well as Tau Beta Sigma National Honorary Band Sorority (S'98) - alto sax.I am looking for honesty, effective communication, compassion, spontaneity, ambition, spirituality, and a family-oriented individual. I am especially fond of a man that has an appreciation for the arts (e.g. music, visual art, architecture,etc.). I'd like to add....Life is interesting. I never thought I would be single at this point in my life. However, here I stand. I live a low maintenance lifestyle.I am very conscious of how I am portrayed by men. I truly want someone to love me for me, inside and out.I envision meeting a man that still believes in chivalry. Someone that's not afraid to leave a note on my pillow in the mornings because he didn't want to wake me....A man that kisses in mid sentence....or a man that calls me up during the day because he missed hearing my voice. I long to be enticed by the simple things. For it is my belief that when you can be happy with the simple you can always enjoy the elaborate.
