Once I determine the problem, then the price to repair it is only $25 dollars in which the $10 diagnostics price is included. If I am unable to resolve your issue then you pay nothing. No matter how long it takes me to resolve your issue, the price remains the same. Some issue resolution may require participation from you via phone call, for example, if your computer is unable to get to the internet because of malware or a virus, then I would have to walk you through certain troubleshooting steps.
