Before I talk about myself I need to say a few words. It is great that the internet has offered us a medium thru which we can meet people all over this world. That said, the down side to this medium is the use of it to take advantage of others. That can be done in so many ways. The Nigerian/African scams, if you need any checks cashed or food sent, I am not the one, do not bother. If you are a man that seeks to date many women, do not bother me, I am not interested. I have already been burned. If you are "really" the type of man that says what he means and means what he says, we can talk. I am trying to stay optimistic, but the bad boys are messing it up for the good guys. I am giving this a final try. Final try, this is what I'm looking for, a truly honest man who wants a one on one relationship with ONE woman. He has to be handsome, kind, loyal, fun loving, and have a great sense of humor. A little about me... I am a very busy mother of one. My daughter is my number one priority and I want that well understood. But, I would like to make time for a male companion. I love to laugh, so a person with a good sense of humor is very important to me.He needs to be smart, because I am a bit of a brainiac, and have a very outgoing personality. I like someone who is well informed and interested in current affairs. I want someone who is aware of the world around him and can hold his own in a fiery political discussion or any discussion. He doesn't have to be right, but be able to give a sound argument to his beliefs. If you can cook, its a bonus. We can get in the kitchen together. Good-looking man in the kitchen =sexy. I want to find someone to be comfortable with, who I can confide in, snuggle up with...someone who can make me feel protected, a soft place to fall. Hmmmmm...Money...sorry but is important. I'm not looking for Donald Trump but I will not financially support anyone that I date. I hope that does not sound too harsh. I work hard to support myself and my daughter, I would never ask someone that I date to support me and I wouldn't want them to expect financial assistance from me. I'm not rich but I'm not broke either, looking for someone on even ground. As far as career,I am always looking to advance and improve myself. What's most important to me though is family,friends, and that special guy, that's where I like to spend my time. I am loving, honest, fiercely loyal,and independent, looking for a man with similar qualities. I'd just like to add... The most important thing to me is good conversation...A well informed,well traveled, well read man can keep me entertained for a lifetime. I love to travel, especially on cruise ships and to Italy, love to read, love to cook, and entertain. This love of mine has be separated from everything because it is so strong....MUSIC. My love of music is so eclectic its hard to explain...hip hop to honky tonk to Handel...I love music...emotionally connected to music. Love good food and good wine. If your idea of fine dining is McDonald's...please don't bother...LOL. Love old movies (classics)... To Kill a Mockingbird, Casablanca, Mildred Pierce, Gone with the Wind, these are also classics to me, The Way We Were, The Color Purple, Schindler's list, and Shawshank Redemption. I also love good comedy shows. I've seen Chris Rock, Damon Malayans, Jamie Foxx... I love to laugh. I'm looking for someone to laugh with. P.S. NO PICTURES ABSOLUTELY NO REPLY.
