I know that it's not easy, because I was overweight sitting at about 290 pounds. Now i'm about 200 pounds, and have kept it of for 7 years. I'm here to share some of my tips, to help some other person that would like to live a better lifestyle. It would have been easier for me, if I would have had help getting started.
