I'm here to meet people that have the desire to live a healthy lifestyle. I know that it's not easy, because I was overweight sitting at about 290 pounds. Now i'm about 200 pounds, and have kept it of for 7 years. I'm here to share some of my tips, to help some other person that would like to live a better lifestyle. It would have been easier for me, if I would have had help getting started.

I know that loosing weight can be very difficult in the beginning, but I will give you some tips to keep you fit for life. You should slowly change your lifestyle habits, and you will be on your way to a new and slimmer you!

Try not to eat no less than 3 meals a day. Preferably five to six small meals. This will boost your metabolism, you should be able to see a difference in about 2 weeks.
