[ definition. ] poetic sinz [poh-eh-tik sinz] noun: the expressions of she through the pen she speaks as to deviate from the norm for admiration is all she seeks... To the people who ask if I'm a poet, yes I am. One of my passions at this point in my life. But I don't write the typical poetry, i.e. sappy love, nature, etc. I write on real stuff... like pain, real love, intimacy, etc. I'm going to post some soon so be on the look out. I got skills too so they will be good reads. [ la poet. ] I'm born and raised in Raleigh, but from the way I talk I don't sound like it. A lot of my fam are from up north and I spent a lot of time with them when I was younger, so I got a lil northern accent. I get people asking 'if you from here, then what's up with the voice'. There you go!!! I'm 5'2 (shortay), light brown skin, brown eyes, short dark brown hair, one tattoo (butterfly on ankle), curvy, wear contacts or glasses, no kids, my own car, working towards my own place, got my own money.... if u want to know more, hit me up.. The type of person I am is a cool, laid back, funny, sweet, great to get a long with, keep it real, confident, stong, goal-oriented, go-getter, hold my own (meaning don't hardly ask for nothing), no bs taking nor play games with someone's heart, spiritual, open-minded, young African-American female. -takes breath- lol I am a recent Alumni from North Carolina Central University on May 16th, 2009!!! Eagle Pride!!! [ focuz. ] I love music. I'm not too much into music that's out now a days. I'm into The Roots, Common, Talib Kweli, Mos Def, Biggie, Nas, Elzhi, Ghostface Killah, Little Brother (reppin' NCCU), Supastition, OutKast, Lupe Fiasco, Skyzoo, Kanye, Kidz in the Hall... sum it up, people with something good to say. R&B such as Musiq Soulchild, Jill Scott, Darien Brockington, Dwele, Eric Benet, D'Angelo, Donnell Jones, Maxwell, Anythony Hamilton, Keyshia Cole, Erykah Badu, Mary J., John Legend... Of course, I love to write. I like video games. I grew up with two bros so it was a must. Tekken, Need for Speed (any version), and Mario Kart my games, and I can woop anyone on those lol. I can get competitive and come prepared to win.
