AT LEAST ONE PRIVATE PRISON IN TEXAS IS ALLOWED TO LOCK UP SMALL CHILDREN IN JAIL CELLS WITH THEIR PARENTS. THE CHILDREN ARE DRESSED IN PRISON UNIFORMS AND ARE ALLOWED 1-2 HOURS PER DAY FOR EDUCATION AND RECREATION.
