What is your job search dilemma? Do you send out lots of resumes, but don’t get callbacks? Are you getting plenty of interviews, but no job offers?

This can certainly be discouraging. Especially if you've never found the process to be challenging in the past. But, the job market has changed tremendously. There a lot more job candidates battling over a lot less jobs.

To be competitive in a crowded job market each job seeker must tighten up their resume; polish their first impression; strengthen their interview skills; and be strategic in their job search.
