Started designing and making basic patterns in 1995/1996, my junior year in high school, reading and learning everything that I could. Due to the fact that my mother couldn't afford to send me to a Designing school. I was raised in a single parent household with one other sibling. My mother wanted the best for us, she knew that I wanted name brand clothing and shoes for school. I knew she was providing for us on her own with out help from and Government or Federal Assistance. My father was killed when I was only 2 years old, my sister was 7. He was killed by a hate filled ex-girlfriend, when she found out that he married my mother and wouldn't leave her to come back to her after 2 years of harrasing both of my parents.
To this day, my father has been resting in peace and she is living in misery with freedom. The police could never show proof or have a witness that could prove the rear ended his truck pushing him off a 50 foot cliff in greenville, La.
My mother was a strong willed and the best work ethic. She wanted me to have my dreams and succed in them but have a back up plan just in case the fashion industry is to large to fall in. She raised us very well and strong, then God called her home when her job here with her girls was done. She has been resting since 9-20-2003.

Began making clothing for myself and others as my small business in 2001.
Have been designing, making structured patterns and constructing pieces since; I have learned a lot through reading, repatition and 11 years of experience.

Graduated from High School in 1997. Took basic courses, along with extra curriculum courses such as: Graphic design (arts)101 - 106, art and crafts and Sewing the basics 101 - 103.

Certified graduate (With honors 4.0 G.P.A) from Camelot College in 1999 took: Accounting AP/AR, Bookkeeping, Advertising, Marketing, Promoting, Sales, Computer Maintaince and General Office Duties.
