FATHER
(February 3,1934 - January 6,2007) Many years ago GOD gave us James Lee Anderson A son, a brother, a husband and a father As a son, he gave his parents the sparkles in their eyes When they first laid eyes on him, there were tears and cries As a brother, he gave his brothers support And now, it's up to them to carry the torch As a husband, he gave his wife love and children Children that grew up to love him deep within As a father, he gave his children life, love, and happiness We give back to you dad, our love and happiness GOD allowed us to have you in our lives for 73 years We will cherish each second, minute, hour, day, and month through those years You will live on in our heart, mind, and soul Because you are us, as a whole GOD gives us trials as stepping stones So He can pull us up one step closer to home Dad you finally made it to your resting place No more pain and heartaches, but full of grace Rest my dad, we say to you For God knows what's best for you We are left here with heavy hearts and tears in our eyes But we know that tears will be for joy and not for pain Until we take that journey You will be with us in our hearts, memories, pictures, conversations, parties, Cowboys games and every dominoes tourney We Love You Dad!
