One day my little girl came to me and asked "Mommy, Mommy what color I be....."
I said, " Baby, I doesn't matter you see because beautiful is the color you be."

Beautiful is the color of your skin
It's not what is seen without but what lies deep within
Black has many shades depending upon your kin
White, cafe au lait, carmel, and pecan tan,
Chocolate and even midnight black....if you can
Imagine so much diversity within one race

So why then does it even matter, you know?

I love to read, write poetry, travel, and cook in my spare time. I am a no nonsense type of female. I believe in working hard and playing hard. I am a realist. I am confident and self assured so if YOU are insecure, please don't waste my time. I am outgoing; however, I like quiet time as well. I would like to develop a long term relationship with someone who knows what they want in life and where they are going. I want a man who is looking for those same attributes in a partner....a female to walk beside him, not behind or in front of him. I feel that I am very easygoing, kind ,sensual, and giving toward the right person....NOTE: I said right person. I do not like playing games, dealing with guys who want me and 10 other women, lazy men, or selfish men.
