come on spring!!

So I need some advice and let me know in the comment section. I been banking with this white own bank for many years. I applied for a loan to purchase this 2 bedroom house that cost around $54,000. He ask me was I a home owner and I said yes. He asked why am I getting another home, I replied for in investment. He went over the application with me over the phone and asked all kinds of questions and pulled my credit. My score qualified and no collections. They know my income, because I get direct deposit weekly. He said that qualified. Employment was qualified because I have time on my job. He said everything's looks good! He said that I would need 20% down on the conventional loan and I said cool got that too. He knows too because I'm sure he's looking at my savings account. He said that he will send everything over to the underwriter and they will get back with me. I have not heard from that bank and its been a week now! I called they said dude was out for lunch and that I could leave a voice mail so I did, still no call back!!! What do yawl think about this???

Had a Birthday AND blessed to see another year! What did I do? I worked and got paid!! HELLO!!
