I believe I have figured out part of the problem as to why some men and women are having a hard time finding someone to be with long term. And this problem is the inability to compromise on little things. This inability is leading some folks to look for "outs" in their relationships, sobotaging promising connections due to what they will and won't accept in behavior they can't really control.
