A guy that's growing older, but still looking young...that's me!!! My friends say I'm possessed with great genes. Let's just say, I take care of myself really well--mind, body, and spirit. I am calm natured, caring, compassionate, stable minded, focused, goal-oriented, curious about life and love, down to earth, unselfish in many ways, trustworthy, trendy with attire based on my mood, and a cross between introvert and extrovert...if you can imagine that flavorable mixture! Can someone say, "Busy"? It's not that bad...(smiles) I do not pretend to be someone that I know deeply I'm not, which I see a lot of in our society. But, you may judge that from my external persona, if you do not truly get to know me internally. I have so many different layers(like an avocado), yet I'm not complicated nor complex. Someone will appreciate you as a person, regardless... Most say, I'm a great listener with a keen sense of observation and analytical skills, yet funny, silly, and goofy....try blending all that together and you should get a smoothie like me!!! Now that's healthy!!!
