Many Seniors are tired of automated telephone systems, extended hold times, being referred to one number only to be asked to call another when calling, social security, medicare, medicaid and/or medi-cal, etc.

CRITICAL UPDATE - Medicare has done away with the Open Enrollment Period (OEP) the period from January 1st thru March 31st - Seniors MUST make a decision regarding their Health Care options for the year 2011 starting November 15th thru December 31st.

Meeting Seniors Needs (MSN) Has resources available with information to inform SENIORS of the financial impact in regards to increases in premiums, out-of-pocket expenses, and deductibles. 
 
Meeting Seniors Needs (M.S.N.) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization which functions as a proactive, personal aide to Seniors facilitating every need that will ensure an efficient, acceptable result to many problems face by Seniors daily. Our endeavor is to address and overcome restrictive, confounding problems.
We are facilitators to the immediate needs of the senior population with regard to complete client agency representation – total services facilitation of agency communication liaison, document preparation, official correspondence; Senior liaison support to follow-up and resolve outstanding issues with government agencies, private sector businesses, landlords, doctors offices, individuals, educational workshops, resources and for healthcare, transportation, and safety issues.
 
Remember you don’t have to go it alone.
