San Diego mother of two. I like shopping, movies, traveling, cooking, eating out, and working out when I'm not with my kids. If you send me a note, I'll probably write back but I don't do the IM thing on BP. It's boring. I'm not stuck up, insecure, flashy, or anything like that and I try not to associate with people who have those traits. I value intelligence, charm, sincerity and open-mindedness. I cannot stress enough how much I can't stand insecure, whiny, little men. Momma's boys need not apply.

Also, after meeting so many duds in my local so quickly, without getting to know them online, I'm trying something new. I will now talk to guys from other parts of the country, as i travel quite frequently, so that we can take our time and get to know eachother online and over the phone first. I'm tired of letting chaotic individuals into my life without really knowing them

Advice 1. Get An Education....at least a 4 yr degree. College isn't for everybody, I know, and there's nothing wrong with a 2 year vocational/trade deploma. Be a nurse, a mechanic, a lawyer, or a doctor. Whatever works for you, but get some type of education. 2. Buy Property...it's an investment and our people have been through too much in this country not to own part of it. this is more important than owning a fancy car or having flashy things like jewlery or cellphones. 3. Maintain Good Credit... credit cards are for emergencies. they are not for clothing, meals, gas, etc. (unless it's a real emgency). wait until you have cash for these items. you don't need it RIGHT NOW. Dress Accordingly...we are kings and queens, ladies and gentlemen not ho's and pimps or thugs and gangstas. Act Accordingly...this is mostly for the young. i get it, white kids run around like maniacs at the mall, at the movies, at starbucks, but it's you who is constantly being judged, being followed, being looked down on. show the world you can be respectful, calm, and courteous.
