I'll make my point short, but well-detailed.
Considered Black people, complexion-wise are anywhere between peach or olive to dark brown.
People that are considered White, are between skin tones of bright off-white and peach to dark olive.
Historically, and today; the words "black" and "white" have held contrasting definitions, interpretations, themes, and representations.
"Black" has been associated with:
Nothingness.
Death.
