It defends and absolves. It does not alienate. It comforts. It does not insult. It is accommodating and unselfish. It is thoughtful and gentle. It understands and reassures. It bears all these things without complaint and loss of temper with quiet, steady perseverance. Love is patient.... I love you tenderly, unconditionally, truly... I love you patiently.
