I am an
Indigenous Australian, a Torres Strait Islander. [Australia has two
distinct Black Indigenous race/cultures - Aboriginal and Torres
Strait Islanders].
My labours of love are: Languages & Linguistics; Performing Torres Strait Dance/Song; Writing; Teaching; Web Media I am passionate about the preservation and revitalisation of our ancient cultures, especially our languages. I am interested in meeting and networking with people of different cultures and countries. Particularly the melanin-blessed people and other indigenous peoples of the world. I love travelling and I've been to US, parts of Europe, Asia and the Pacific Islands. I plan to do more globe-trotting in the future and who knows I may end up in your neck of the woods!
