In Amsterdam people. Words can not express how wonderful it is to visit here. Coming over here and looking at the United States really reveals how our extreme the hate is in America. So sad to have so much opportunity there and so many people institutionalized with hate. I only can pray for us to embellish what living like Christ really. In the words of the late great Nipsey. The Marathon continues!!....

Just leaving the gym. I think i may have sweated out at least one drink from last night lol!!!

Last nights shoe game. Fight was a dud though. Hell my son weighs more than those little guys. Glad they didn't get my dollars
