I am a single lady seeking a friend and companion to spend time with on weekends and evenings who has similar interests.I recently moved here from Florida and so am looking to make new friends.I am kinda old fashioned about dating,but not so rigid as to be unwilling to try new things, and Im a bit shy at first but after I am with someone a while I start to talk as much as listen.I like a tall slim lanky man like a basketball player that I can look up into his eyes when Im close to him. I'm not a petite tiny girl so I like a man who is my height 5' 7" or taller and who appreciates a curvy substantial woman. I am open minded,direct,up front and affectionate.You dont have to guess what Im thinking.I spend my free time reading,tinkering on computers,watching movies,listening to music,gardening,walking on hiking trails.I am seeking a man who is responsible,independant,who would be polite respectful. I am not seeking a man who is married, involved. I am interested in a gentleman who can be patient,take his time and talk with me,who will wait for me to say when I am ready to go to the next step of the game instead of just taking for granted that I want the same thing he wants.I need a man who has a sense of humor and likes to laugh,relax have fun with me. I moved here because after a car accident in 2001 I developed fibromyalgia which causes pain and other symptoms and my condition has become so painful that I am unable to work now so I am living with my brother while I fight with social security administration for my disability benefits.I am waiting for a hearing date to see an Administrative Law Judge now.This processs takes a long time which is another reason to vote for OBAMA, but when it is finished I will be able to have my medical care paid for,I will receive a lump sum settlement amount of my back pay monthly amount due from the date I filed and I will qualify for discounted houseing and prescriptions also with a small co pay and I will receive a monthly amount of money.I will also be able to work part time under a certain number of hours or under a certain amount of money whichever is more.They wont let you make over a certain amount and still qualify for your benefits without being cut on the amount your recieve.Government has its rules you know!LOL!I wont apologize for this,its not my fault I am ill,but the drunk woman who hit my car is responsible for my health condition and my inability to work now. I am very lucky to have a family who will help me during a bad time and I am grateful for that.I love them very much.Right now its difficult but this to shall pass and I will be in a better situation soon and I am well taken care of by my loving family now. To me a mental intellectual connection is as important as physical chemistry between two people so if you think I might click with you send me a note and we can see how it goes.
