Michael D. Brown is a professional speaker, author, coach, and trainer, specializing in management, customer service, and personal branding.

Michael grew up in Lexington, Mississippi, as number 7 of 10 siblings. Faced with being a provider for his family early in life, he immediately grew ambitious for success, hungry for professional growth, and driven to help others.

Michael has spent the last ten years working with the fourth largest Fortune Global Company in the world. In his most recent assignment, Michael directly lead a team of 11 District Managers and an organization of 138 operations with more than 1000 front line employees.

Michael is also the author of Fresh Customer Service: Treat the Employee as #1 and the Customer as #2 and You Will Get Customers for Life. His other services include keynotes, seminars, workshops, and executive retreats.

Michael has a BBA in Management from Jackson State University and an MBA in Global Management.
