Former president Jean "Baby Doc" Duvalier has returned to Haiti. He fled Haiti in 1986 amid allegations of murder, human rights violations and stealing millions of dollars from the government.

There is much speculation around the reason for his re-emergence. Some say he is there for the purposes of the US government. SURELY NOT! President Preval has not made a public statement, but in 2007 said Duvaier would face justice for his crimes if he returned to Haiti. What do you think?
