Agony over her Beauty

This woman spends hours in vanity...
devoted to self worth and affection...
her nature provokes my insanity...
so I strolled to look out through the curtain...
Down below in the rose garden alone...
my love sipped on a glass of chardoney...
so on the mirror I wrote her a poem...
expressing my feelings along the way...
with careful design I planted the sheets...
lit several candles around where I'd rest...
unable to fight the many conceits...
but this time it was I who was obsessed...
When she returned upstairs her mouth just dropped...
more angry over the blood to be mopped.
