renaissance being single I sit here single, more so unhappily single. I have gone through enough trials and tribulations relationship wise to basically want to slow it down, and unfortunately its slowed down to beyond a crawl. I wonder " what am I doing wrong?" I mean honestly is being successful, smart, and motivated officially a turnoff to the "everyday" woman? I do not ask for much when it comes to a partner/soul mate/friend, just that you're honest, faithful, and dedicated from the get go. I really have been artistically exhausted and drained. When someone asks me what type of man I am I respond that I am a "chivalrous renaissance" man, which basically means I take pride in being artistically unique, and also going out of my way to make someone other then me happy. All of the most influential renaissance men had muses, or sources of inspiration which were nine times out of ten women in their lives, and without those women you would not have the most popular works or artistry today. What I am trying to say is simple, I need a muse, preferably a like-minded well oriented woman who wants to explore new things and learn as a cohesive unit, there will always be strong men but without strong women by their side strong men would not exist.
