I am an orignal country girl. I was born and raised in East Tennessee. I have very humble roots. I am proud of my upbringing. I am easygoing. I love to sing, read, I love raising my children. I work every day, and things have not been easy. I am a single mom raising two children. Even though thigs have not been easy, I have been blessed. I live in Louisiana now, but Tennessess will always be my home. Things are so much simpler there. Now as far as relationships go, I am not very good at them. I have always just wanted someone to love me for me. I haven't done very good at that either. I am 46 and I have never been married. Maybe it is because I refuse to lower my standards, and accept just any old thing. Besides I have a daugher, and that compliates things. I just can't bring any one around my baby. I am and always will be a mom first. I am looking for a real man. He does the right things because he is a real man. One that is not so intimidated by peer pressure or by style that he feels he must wear his pants around his knees, Hey, leave a little to imagination. Sometimes when you have had a really bad day, you just want someone to grab you, hug, you and tell you that it will be ok, (whether it will or not- sometimes you just need that kind of instant gratification) I want someon to be able to look into my eyes and see the easy going spirit that lives there, and judge me for what is in my heart. Although nice, he doesn't have to open all doors, but he does have to respect me, respect my mind, know that we are in a partnership. I want him to be able to bear his soul, tell me anything that he has a mind to tell me, and I feel I should be able to do the same. He must be honest, (can't build anything on a lie). He must love the Lord. He doesn't have to be so fine, as much as he needs to just be a good compassionate person.
