The Culture of My Organization My organizational culture is
diverse. We have personalities from all over the world in my
organization. My organizational culture is comprised of the
assumptions, values, norms and concrete signs of organization
members and their behaviors, if you were to step into my
organization you would sense the meticulous attention to detail in
my organization. Culture is difficult to express, but everyone
recognize it when they since it. The culture of a big profitable
corporation is fairly different than that of a small car dealer
ship which is quite different that that of a covert government
organization. You can tell the culture of an organization by
looking at the arrangement of furniture, what they boast about,
what members have on. It is similar to what you can use to get a
feeling about someone's personality. In my case, the future of
security has people from all over the world working together. We
have Filipino, American, Japanese, Korean, Chinese and African in
our department. The Security Department has a strong cultural
diversity. Each department has individuals that run the departments
with honor, courage and commitment. The sections have 15-20 people
in each section. Every morning at 0530 the Watch Commanders hold
