How to Make Money Using Your Text Codes
On your player is a code next to each ringtone
that looks like RNG100. Use these text codes:
on fliers and posters;
on your business cards along with your Urbmob
profile address;
anywhere else: websites, email, forum and IM
signature blocks, tag the sides of buildings
(ok, that's a joke - no graffiti art please) etc.
Make sure you also print the following with your
text code promos to keep it legal and stuff:

still works but the new code has a slicker, changeable look so it pops on your webpage. Get it:
On your Urbmob profile player look for the "Share This Player" link. Click it.
Click anywhere on the code and it automatically copies
Go and paste the code anywhere that accepts HTML coding.
Downloads from this widget also count towards your Urbmob profile

Urbmob Records Releases EP
We've checked out some profiles, looked at who's performing well in Talent Rank, and listened to some
banging tracks. In association with Black Market Records, UrbMob Records is pleased to announce that JD Era's new studio EP "The Vault: Vol.1" will be available on iTunes, Napster and other major digital and wireless retailers in the coming weeks. About JD Era:
Commonly referred to as "Prince of the North" JD Era holds the 2005 Marc Eckofest Freestyle
competition title, made a Nike Battlegrounds compilation, and is featured along side top recording
artists. "There's a lot of craziness going on in hip hop and it's hard for the fans to decipher good music
from the bubble gum." "I'm here to shake things up a bit." With his roots deeply planted in the
underground, his start as a battle emcee proved to be a successful one. His passion for battling other
emcees has gained him a reputation as one of the top freestyle lyricists in Canada. Recently JD Era has
had much commercial success with club bangers "Paper Chase", "Prince of the North" and most
recently "Want It w/ Anaya Hayes". In 2007 Era performed alongside Nas, Pretty Ricky, K-OS, Kardinall
Offisial and The Clipse, which has increased his visibility.
What is Urbmob
Urbmob is a tool for aspiring artists and models to share their original ringtones and wallpapers on mobile devices. Users earn money and gain exposure by creating a free account and sharing content with friends and fans.
Talent Rank is UrbMobs system of tracking
activity around each profile. The more content
an UrbMob user shares with others, the higher
their rank becomes. Top ranking artists, models
and fans get PAID.
