Trainer/Recruiter

Qualifications:

T.I.P.S certified (very desirable)¿This certification must be obtained if you do not already have it

3 to 5 years experience in the food and beverage industry

3 to 5 years in customer service, training and recruiting experience

College degree preferred (equivalent industry related experience accepted)

Responsibilities:

Responsible for training up to 10 concessions personnel/vendors at a time (1 to 2 times a week)

You will also be responsible for the soliciting (tele-marketing and face to face) Non-profit organizations to be a part of this project

You will also be responsible for recruiting individuals who are looking to become a Non-profit organization
