We are Mwendo NuRhythmic Spirits.

Mwendo (translates to rhythm &

movement in Swahili) NuRhythmic spirits.

The six member group comprised of devoted percussionists & vocalists formed in early 2002. This includes a charter teacher, an engineer, a pre-med student, a cable/internet support technician for AOL/Time Warner cable, a computer software instructor at UTSA , and a full-time artist/composer. The groups focus is to entertain, educate, and to uplift the human SPIRIT through Music & Song.
