Y r there so many screen names on here with the word caramel (or some variation of the word; ex. Karmel, keramel, carmell, etc.) or the number 69 in it? Y do men write notes describing their physical attributes and have no pics on their page?!?!? Fellas, the women on here aren't sketch artists...there is no way we can possibly imagine what u look like simply from a written description. PUT SOME RECENT PICS UP IF U WANT WOMEN 2 RESPOND...me personally, I dont talk 2 ghosts. Y do ppl claim they don't have pics on their page 4 "professional reasons"? I can't think of an occupation in existance where it would be detrimental to post a nice, clean, fully clothed, classy, respectable pic. It's not like this is a porn site...sheesh. On that same note, y do planeteers send notes stating that they can email a pic when they don't have any posted AND claim the famous last words "u wont b disappointed". Sadly, I've been disappointed each and every time! Obviously, they didn't know my taste in men like they thought they did. Y do some men talk about how they hate it when obese women don't know the difference between fat and thyck but then they turn around and claim they have an athletic build and in reality have a keg 4 abs instead of a 6-pack! Explain how fat men can put in bold underline print "no big gurlz allowed" on their page? If they don't find obesity attractive, what makes them think a smaller woman would find their big butt sexy?!?!? Y do people send friend invites even though they haven't bothered to send any other form of communication first?!?!? No need 4 me to elaborate on this one...it speaks 4 itself! Y do some females on here assume that I am interested in/sleeping with/hollerin @ their man simply bcuz they c my name on his friends list and choose 2 send me notes asking me about him? GURLS...ASK YOUR MAN, NOT ME!!! U will b wasting both our time & u might not like my response. (I cant stand an insecure woman and by the time I`m finished, she`ll b even more insecure). Y do planeteers have the same pic in their picture gallery as their main pic...do we really need 2 c it twice?!?!? These r usually the same ppl who have a super huge picture with white space bordering the pic that`s twice as big as the pic itself...if any of yall r reading this, ask me how u go about rotating & cropping the pic and reducing the size. I'm not even gonna go there about the camera phone in the bathroom mirror pics...especially the ones where the flash is shining where the face is supposed 2 b! I should note the slight improvement the fellas have made by replacing the infamous "Bejeweled Pimp Cup" pics with the "WWF Championship Belt" pics. SMH Y do planeteers ask that the "haters" exit now? What difference does it make if they stay or leave? U still get a page hit and they may even learn something positive from a page in the process. Besides...does anyone really think a "hater" is gonna think to themselves..."Oh, I`m a "hater", so let me click outta this page NOW b4 they "cyber-whup" my a$$!" Most "haters" dont even realize they "hatin"! My 2 biggest pet peeves on BP...when ppl dont show enuf respect for God by not capitalizing His name...and when ppl use this on their page--->"conversate". It`s NOT a word!!! Say it with me ppl..."let's converse" or "have a conversation". LATEST BP MUSING: I welcome suggestions as to how I'm supposed to respond to the all to familiar 1-click "wink" & "what's up" notes. Am I really supposed to take the time to respond to 1-clicks when the original sender hasn't bothered to take the time to compose a real note? Y would the senders actually expect the recipients to waste their time responding 2 the 1-clicks and if they dont expect responses, why bother sending them in the 1st place? I do like one of the new 1-click responses, but I'd like to suggest a few more 1-click responses...maybe BP should let us click & create one as we go. I am so tired of people asking me what am I Like that should determine whether I live or die or be passed on, over, or by I just wanna know the reason why they insist on making me cry Like I`m something they`ve never seen before A piece of exotic fruit they found in the grocery store An unfamiliar bug crawling across the kitchen floor A mutated animal that`s kept behind a closed door Scientifically created in an attempt to find some cure As if I didnt belong in this place They get all up in my face to find a small trace a similarity to lace me with a particular race Like defining me culturally would actually tell them all about me and set them free from all responsibility of having to associate with me socially or professionally to any degree Does it really make that much of a difference Will this knowledge change their life from this day hence Am I always gonna be forced to sit on a fence Why must people be so dense asking a question that makes no concrete sense Like I could be so easily defined Like knowing that info would ease their small mind I wish these people would be a bit more kind And understand right from the start That I, too, have a beating heart That my ethnicity isn`t what sets me apart or makes me any less smart What I am is a living work of art Created by HIM ...just like them.
