NEW NEWS

Its been awhile since I been on the planet. Here`s what`s been going on.I became an aunty. My 11 pound nephew was born in december.I`m getting married in May. I finally met someone who could deal with the fact that I`m as crazy as I am pretty. So I had to say yes. I had kidney failure back in October, but I`m better now, on dialysis and waiting for a new kidney. But I`m still me. I am sharing this with the planet because I want people to be aware of what`s going on in their bodies. You can go to the club, you can take your ass to the doctor. Men I am really talking to you. You act like going to the DR. is getting kicked in the nuts by a goat. By the time I finally took time out of my busy life to go to the doctor,he told me I would have been dead in two months had I not come. If you`re not here, you can`t make that money, or spend it,or shake your azz at the club. Just take care of yourselves black people. We need to be here. With more blacks dating whites, we`ll be extinct in a minute.





Okay I figure if I give you onepoem a week maybe you will stop and read something.







You plus me



You plus me equals so much more than we knew.

We equal evolution. We combine creating a sum greater than we knew.

Life grows and continues because of what we do.

So much more than a screw

holds together this remix, this compilation of rhythm, blues, and words.

We compose a song that gives the earth the urge

To spin and grin on a sunny day, like we do when we play, reminisce about the way I used to say, I`m hard to get, and no, no, not yet.

Yet our son had already been set-ting as the twinkle in your eye.

He is our sun that illuminates our sky.

Beauty would not be without you and me there,

We equal a force that is stronger than air.

Even though you say my anger is like a hurricane and my smile is like sunshine and the rain, leaving something beautiful to remain.

You say I grow and multiply in your thoughts.

You know someone ought

To add up this equation, but would be left in a daze and amazed at

How you stripped my maidens of their iron and unclenched my fists, opened them up with sincerity plus that passionate kiss.

We need a mathematician, but there`s no division and prime numbers have no position in a calculation such as this.

This high magnitude of my gratitude for your notion to mix a potion of me and you.

Who knew, our composition would equal so much more than two.
