Every night I talk to God but he don`t say nothing back.

But I know that he blessing with my poems and raps.

A matter of fact a lot of people can`t do that.

My soul is so heavy cause this monkey still my on back.

The sad thing about it I can`t even shake it.

Please believe me lord i`m tryin to make it.

I know you have better plan so i`m trying take it.

But with every passing day it`s getting harder to fake it.

I`m weary from waiting and it`s making me nervous.

All i`m asking is for sign or maybe my purpose.

To do wrong lord was never my intention.

Chasing fake dreams led to some really bad decisions.

Not to mention I did what a lot people are wishing.

I changed my life without your divine intervention.

So I think that I deserve a little credit.

I`m very thankful that you never let me need a parimedic.

It`s pathetic some of the choices we chose.

Even though the lord on your side sometimes you lose.

Bottom line you need to learn from your misfortunes.

When I lay and think, in my bed at night,
