No More Excuses, This Year It's ON!

Things are about to go stratosphere, keep your eyes on me! I want all my New York area peeps to support the Afrikan Poetry Theatre in Queens. I will be doing some things with them so keep your eyes open for announcements. I am re-builiding my webpage, so check for the re-launch!Briggs International Enterprises.

Don't forget to check out my professional profile and my expediting business web page, firstclasshomeservices.net.

See what's up with P.E.A.C.E., the funk/R&B/jazz artist that I represent. He has some excellent music on his debut CD, Formulated Funk, which is available at www.cdbaby.com. Check out his profile on myspace music, www.myspace.com/peaceenduretha llchallenges.

Next in the stable, is Coraleena Ellis. She is a reggae/r&b crooner ready to do big tings!

It is so on and popping!

Loving Day

Posted

This past June 12th marked the forty-first anniversary of the decision in the case of Loving v. Virginia (1967), which provided the impetus for the development of what has come to be known as Loving Day. Loving Day has been celebrated throughout the nation, in places like California, Illinois, Oregon, Washington, Florida, and especially New York, who hosted the Fifth Annual New York City Loving Day Celebration this year. The case involved an interracial couple that was actually prosecuted... (continue reading)

As we sit on the verge of electing the first African-American to the highest office in the land, I am still pleasantly stunned by Obama's achievement; which was unthinkable even a mere decade ago. In a more objective world, Barack would have as good a chance of being elected as any of the other potential Democratic candidates; and the ability of the average, blue-collar American to be that objective is just what will be tested on... Things are all good! I had a good time in Dallas, met with my client, P.E.A.C.E. and worked on getting his promotional campaign on and popping. He is a great artist, look forward to seeing him on bp soon! I am also working with an upcoming author, she has a great story to tell. As soon as we sign the contracts, I will reveal the name, but as a hint, she is on bp already! Lastly, I just met with a group of younguns today who have a H.O.T. sound. I think they will join the Urban Arts... (continue reading)
