Updates on Groups!!!

A few small Groups updates:

* Increase groups description from 1000 chars to 4000 chars.

* Add next/prev links in group photos.

* Bug fix so that new members will be displayed on the groups landing page instead of old members.

Alphabetize by member name in Groups!

We have some feedback from members and figure we'd make Groups easier for moderators to actually moderate. There is now the ability to sort the Groups members by name. Enter any group you are a moderator of, click on "members" on the left navagation. Clicking on the "Member Name" link now should allow you to sort the list by member name.
