Blunt News "Investing in the North African Contagion" Yo hago Golazos : Viva Toluca http://www.youtube.com/watch?v =4_PU_AbV67M Featured Music "I'll Be Watching You" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v =cEnJDaqT3-0 The crisis in Egypt has created a rush into the dollar, considered a stable world currency, but the Euro is taking a hit. Since last Thursday, 400 Pm, FXE and EWG, both ETF's in European currencies markets, have lost ground but stopped falling at close on Friday. The dollar, with ETF UUP, has made gains from $22.35 to $22.52, and is trying to build another base. How did the Egyptian government blackout the internet? "He's a bastard, but he's our bastard" President Obama had cut financial aid to Egyptians, giving the perception that the US in on the side of the students. Various news media are stating that Mubarak must be supported because he is an ally in the Middle East. Blunt News "US is Missing Trillions?" Losses at Afghan Bank Could Be $900 Million http://www.cnbc.com/id/4134876 6 History Repeats Itself Again? Google :Rumsfeld Buries Admission of Missing 2+ Trillion Dollars in 9/10/01 Press Conference On September 10, 2001, Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld held a press conference to disclose that over $2,000,000,000,000 in Pentagon funds could not be accounted for. Rumsfeld stated: "According to some estimates we cannot track $2.3 trillion in transactions." According to a report by the Inspector General, the Pentagon cannot account for 25 percent of what it spends. Such a disclosure normally might have sparked a huge scandal. However, the commencement of the attack on New York City and Washington in the morning would assure that the story remained buried. To the trillions already missing from the coffers, an obedient Congress terrorized by anthrax attacks would add billions more in appropriations to fight the "War on Terror." The Comptroller of the Pentagon at the time of the attack was Dov Zakheim, who was appointed in May of 2001. Before becoming the Pentagon's money-manager, he was an executive at System Planning Corporation, a defense contractor specializing in electronic warfare technologies including remote-controlled aircraft systems. 3 4 Zakheim is a member of the Project for a New American Century and participated in the creation of its 2000 position paper Rebuilding America's Defenses which called for "a New Pearl Harbor." 5 Estimates of the sums of money missing vary wildly. A 2003 report put the amount missing at "more than a trillion dollars." And we are in a recession because? Blunt News "Soros vs. Rattner" Represting my Home Country, Win or Lose: Colombia http://www.youtube.com/watch?v =UU6ABbpnymI Featured Music "Darkside" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v =EWQ-6IAS1cc http://profit.ndtv.com/news/sh ow/inflation-may-hit-india-chi na-growth-story-soros-138106?p from=home-Business&cp "Soros said that the rising commodity prices will not get out of hand because "as soon as the quantitative easing (in the US) ends, interest rates are going to go up quite sharply in the developed world. And that is going to choke off the recovery. So it is a rather temporary movement now that you have this. So I am not so sure about inflation really becoming that serious a threat because it will choke off the global recovery." So, if inflation is not going to become a serious threat, then how can the crisis in Egypt be explained? In this video: http://www.cnbc.com/id/1584023 2?video=1770951625&play=1 Steven Rattner states at ET 3:30 "You can't blame that on QE 2" and blames China. Qualitative easing in the Euro, US, and China is much more than 100th than 1 percent of the blame. (1) The use of small orbital satellites can blackout internet, so will internet blackouts be used in future political unrests in Europe? But the Geneva-based UN body, which is pledged to support international broadcasting freedom, has no real enforcement power" (5) Will the 5 to 6% correction that analyst are expecting once the US (AAA) rating is lowered, the muni-bond collapse, and the US debt ceiling impasse, cause another lowering of global currencies and further political instability? Blunt News "Goodbye to Chancellor Merkel" Featured Music "Eminem" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v =VNTvCkyPTLw From: http://www.cnbc.com/id/4128961 9 "To those who would bet against the euro, watch out for your money because we are fully determined to defend the euro [EUR=X 1.3714 0.0004 (+0.03%) ] ," he said. "KfW plans to refinance, according to the finance ministry, between 70-75 billion this year and a potential Greek bail-out would not lead to additional financing requirements." Check out the German Etf EWG, in May and December, and correlate that with the Euro bailouts, and you will see a pattern. Yes, Germany's Merkel will continue to agreeing to crash the Euro, which German banks will continue to prosper, but at the expense at German taxpayers. German unions will have to face pay cuts, less hours, and pension cuts. This will cause political repercussions for Chancellor Merkel, and cost an ally to the United States. (1) If German voters go against Merkel, and a new Chancellor is placed in power, will that cause a withdrawl of German military support in Afghanistan and Iraq? (2) Germany will have to make cuts in spending, but will military spending be cut? (3) If military spending is cut in Germany because of bailing out the Euro, which German companies will be affected? (4) If German troops, along with British troops are limited because of spending cuts, can that cause a renewed interest in the Dream Act, or will neo-conservative Republicans still believe that Latino and Hispanics sould still be an unrecognized potential voting block? Why does Jeb Bush think different? On Egypt Why did President Obama give the speech in Egypt last year on democratic change in the Middle East? Nothing is accidental in politics. 75 million annually goes to Cuba to student there to finance regime change. How much money do we give to Egypt for students to promote regime change? Blunt News "How to invest in the Bailouts of the Euro" "Today, just 17% of construction workers are unionized, but Democratic politicians, in deference to the AFL-CIO, have kept Davis-Bacon in place to protect them, Because most Black construction workers aren't Union members, however, the law has the effect of freezing (Blacks) out of jobs." Walter Williams (Then why are Blacks supporting the Union backed Democratic President?) With the Euro crisis going on, I have written before certain German stocks will do well, because they will be backing the bailouts. Check out these videos to find out: http://www.cnbc.com/id/1584023 2?video=1754106986&play=1 http://www.cnbc.com/id/1584023 2?video=1764733378&play=1\ The political risks for Chancellor Merkel are huge, since German citizens are taking the burden of bailing out the Euro. Will she be ousted? Check this out: http://www.zerohedge.com/artic le/sarkozy-berlusconi-and-tric het-deal-suckered-merkel-greek -bailout-terms-so-secret-austr ia-ha "Sarkozy and Berlusconi did not want to wait any longer for the Germans who, they feared, wouldn't start showing some leniency until May, after the German regional elections, which chancellor Angela Merkel intends to win. Merkel also objected to the 16 euro zone countries taking a decision, and kept insisting all 27 EU member states got involved." "KfW plans to refinance, according to the finance ministry, between 70-75 billion this year and a potential Greek bail-out would not lead to additional financing requirements." Check out the German Etf EWG, in May and December, and correlate that with the Euro bailouts, and you will see a pattern. According to the IBD, the entry point for Apple is ($321.40.) The buy point is no guarantee for a successful investment, but a reference point based on several mathematical equations. How do you figure out a buy point? I'll explain that tomorrow on http://www.blackplanet.com/don chayo/ (2) When Jesse Jackson was running for President, he used an Anti-Semitic term to describe New York City, by calling it "Hymie Town." Last weekend after the tragedy in Arizona, Sarah Palin posted a video and misused the term "blood libel" to defend herself.
