Before she became Mrs. Carter, Beyonce had a teenage love like everyone else. Lyndell Locke has come out of the woodwork and is revealing (quite strategically) details surrounding their relationship. (Source) Now, we have heard many rumors surrounding your relationship with Beyonce and I’m hoping you can clear some of them up for us. Firstly, what are you doing with yourself at the moment? Well, I am currently still living in Houston and working as a Chef. I am extremely passionate about my job and I love what I do. I have a good family and good friends so I couldnt ask for anything more than that. Life is good! Glad to hear that. How did you meet Beyonce? We were very young in our teens. From the same area in Houston. We knew each other a long time. We were very close and very good friends. (silence) Ok, Define friends. (laughs) We would go out together, I would take her to the movies or we would eat out. Normal things teenage kids do. It was “puppy” love. So you were in love with Beyonce? Love is a strong word for a teenage relationship but we were very close and I cared ALOT about her. I still do. Are the rumors true that you got Beyonce pregnant and she had to have an abortion? You know, when I heard this rumor I was really upset by it. Unfortunately, at the time I was not able to speak on it and people were allowing the speculation to go around. Beyonce as far as I know did not have an abortion. So you and Beyonce did have a sexual relationship? No comment. Interview continued below… (laughs) Ok I think you answered that already. When you say you were not able to speak on things, what do you mean by that? I watched Destiny’s Child grow, I knew all the girls and I saw them progress. I was there when they got their first deal, when they rehearsed. I was a close member to the family even though some people didn’t approve of me being there. The DC Empire looking back now was very cleverly orchestrated and every member of the team was under a microscope. Whether that was on a personal or working relationship. Anyone close to those girls, especially Beyonce at that influential time in her life was a threat. It was all about Focus, Focus, Focus. Apparently, boys don’t equal focus which I kind of understand. Who were some people? I’m still not allowed to say. But trust me there was and still is. You sound slightly bitter about the situation. I am slightly. I am sure if other people do not get involved Beyonce and I would still probably be together. At least be in contact. So you don’t speak to Beyonce anymore? No, we have not spoken in a long time. I see her family sometimes around Houston but it isn’t what it was. I get the feeling you were warned off. I don’t really want to make any further comment on it. Ok. When you see Beyonce and how popular she has become how does it make you feel? Well obviously I am pleased for her. I think she has done amazingly well, just as much as the other girls. I knew LaTavia, LeToya and Kelly. They have all done so great. I wish them nothing but success. They are doing what they thrive off and so am I. I wish them nothing but good health and happiness. So you don’t look at Jay-Z and be like “Oh that could have been me” (laughs) Not at all. I am in a very happy place in my life

In an exclusive report made by New York Daily News, Michelle and Barack Obama speak openly about the rough patch they hit a few years back, just after the birth of their second daughter. Read the excerpts below, and discover how we, just like them, can make it work. Michelle was the one expected to bear most of the parenting burden that only intensified with the birth of Sasha. A nagging concern she wasn’t afraid to share with Barack was that he seemed willing to put politics ahead of the family. “You only think about yourself,” she would say. “I never thought I’d have to raise a family alone.” Barack, convinced that whatever time he devoted to his career would ultimately benefit his wife and daughter, shrugged off the criticism. “Like a lot of husbands,” said one of her friends, “Barack couldn’t figure out what her problem was. All her complaints about him being a slob, he thought they were petty. It was ‘Why are you bothering me with this crap while I’m busy changing the world?’” “It’s ‘me first’ with him, and that’s how it is with all men,” she said. “For women, ‘me’ comes in about fourth. That’s not healthy, and that’s not the way I’m going to live.” “I love Michelle, but she’s killing me with this constant criticism,” Barack confided to Madelyn (Toot) Dunham, the white grandmother who raised him. For the first time he wondered aloud, as Michelle did to her mother, if they were going to make it as a couple. But when they discovered their daughter Sasha had been diagnosed with meningitis, followed by the devastating events of Sept. 11, 2001, the Obamas were brought closer together than they had been in years. Still, the time would come again when Michelle would reach what she would later describe as "a state of desperation." Michelle delivered an ultimatum: If Barack couldn't find a way to pursue his political dreams and make more time for his family, he would have to choose between the two. In time, Michelle made the conscious decision that, in fact, she would be the one to adjust to the circumstances he created - and not vice versa. "This was the epiphany," she said. "What I figured out was that I was pushing to make Barack be something I wanted him to be for me. I was depending on him to make me happy. Except it didn't have anything to do with him. I needed support. I didn't necessarily need it from Barack."
