What about 2012 he asks? I posted about the Clean energy jobs bill on my bulletin board and someone asked, "what about dec, 12 2012". Here's my answer: Remember for big business the bottom line is money. Cleaner attitudes, cleaner earth, cleaner bodies, cleaner mind, cleaner spirits is what we are striving to have. Just analyze the changes you would like to see. By the way 2012 is a crucial turning point for us. If we don't do something drastic NOW by 2012 it will be too late, interesting. That is exactly what I thought when I first made the connection. And perhaps that is why the Mayan calendar stops at 2012 because we will either have it or we won't and either way there will nothing more to say. Go Green!!Posted

As a woman I have the same issues. This is a people issue. In order to get these wonderful qualities in people we have to be them ourselves for starters. I know duh. Sometimes we find people who are either working 'on it' and relapse or are just plain pretending. As women we have an expectation to be a good wife, mother and whatever else and that entails what society dictates. Be it the general society or what we perceive as 'our society' this sends mixed messages to EVERYBODY! What we need is a good dose of spirituality. Not going to church and being a good Christian (another label) but becoming closer to God. Having a relationship with THE Creator. Being strong enough to be the person that God created you to be and not abide by some rule of some label someone made up that has nothing to do with you. We as people need to be strong enough to know who we are and behave accordingly. Men and women alike lie to themselves every day. And if a person is lying to themselves what is left over for you and me? The signs are there. Nobody can hide the very essence of who we are. The truth is in the details, the small things, the things we tend to ignore. Trust your gut/instinct/intuition/your angel I call it the God with in us. He whispers to us but we have to listen. He is there to guide us to live the life we were meant to lead. We want to trust and believe in people. I can't see living in a world where I see everyone as the bad guy how horrible that would be? Just watch for the signs that you already know and trust what you see. That's a survival tool that your Creator gave you, a gift. By the way I haven't gotten it right so far either, however this last time I did listen and saved myself a lot of time and heart ache. After all I am 40 tomorrow time is no longer a luxury, smile. This is me when I was "her" 21 and not a clue, lol. I've been asked if this came out of experience, yes. Thank goodness I've learned. This is an example of "better with time"
