What's up it's been a long time since I sat down and made it my business to write.

I miss and hope love and life is worth all the fights.

Mentally, physically, and physiologically it's amazing how life twist and turns,

How it weaves in and out of deception,

How trials force you to learn,

How it maneuver up and down mountains of heart break and pain,

How a hug or a smile can keep from going insane,

How sun rays of happiness seems to blind out all of the troubles and strife.

Who for tells what is to be endured in this thing called life.

So I have missed you and have a lot to say but I am wondering if it conflicts with in my delay.

No need to feel bothered I simply just haven't made time.
