I am working on writing a new book "The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, and Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America." I hope to have this book completed and publish by June /July. I will try to find a publishing company within reason. This book will change the way we view the hood and I am calling 4 a new hood. It's deep my brothers & sisters if the community support me the next phase is for me to start a nonprofit organization on a national level. The Struggle To Find Real Brothers & Sisters That Share My Vision: To Improve Black Impoverished Neighborhoods In This Country Hi, my name is Emmanuel aka Manwell. Here's the deal I am in the process of writing and publishing a book that can and will change the outcome in the Black Community for years to come. Everybody has a ghetto story but few have the answer to solve all of the problems facing our community today. I'm not a politician, I'm not a lawyer, nor am I a doctor. I am a Christian and I am here to spread my message to Black America about what God has told me to write "The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, and Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America" My message is not for all Black People ask me why? Because everyone that has African American features does not necessary means that are for uplifting our people. My message is not for uppity Blacks, nor over religious folks. My message is only for those who are part of the solution or who want to be apart of the solution. My message is to not limited to a lectures but instead to provide jobs to the street walker in order to give them back there dignity. My message is also for the street pharmacist to stop selling poison in the hood cause that contributes to the genocide of our people. In the book I call for "Ghetto Revolution" in a non-violent way. I talk about the bias in the media and all the negative things we must stand up against. I call upon The Black Middle Class to join me and the reasons why should. I call for a "New Hood" for a new generation. My message to the ex-felons that there is room for you in my organization to teach our youth to stay out of a life of crime. I will hire everyone in the hood if I could pending on our funding. Yes there are employment agencies in our community but the question is why is there still high unemployment in the hood? A few may ask me so what are you going to do for me? The question should be what can we do for one another. In my book I will explain in detail how we can collectively solve our problems and how everybody under my nonprofit organization can benefit. The reason why I am writing the book instead of just posting it online is because everyone is not online and I want to reach a broader audience. The Internet has the ability to unite people for a common cause and that is why I have created several groups. I'm on Black Planet for one reason and one reason only and that is to share my message to Black Men and Black Women. I offer my services free of charge online. I assist people in finding grants & scholarships for college, small business grants, affordable housing in your state, and much more. I am asking all of my female friends to ask all of your male friends, male relatives, and boy friends and husbands to join my online groups. I also would like to interact with everyone on my myspace page. You don't have to join my Yahoo or Google groups to be cool with me but that would at least give you an opportunity to speak with my true peeps and know that I am on the up and up with you all. Dear BlackPlanet Friends & associates, I am seeking computer experts who would like to join forces with with me in order to compete with the search engine Google. Google's annual earnings is approximately sixteen billion according to the wall street newspaper. This is one reason why I want to network and unite both professional people and lay people on one site instead of me having to sign in on all the other sites I am on. We can make a positive impact online and at the same time contribute back to the community you feel me? How can I convince you all that my groups can be beneficial to you and your community? Some of you are probable saying oh God here goes another Manwell's lengthy speeches about the Black Community. Well I must be doing something right cause I have now gain 13,994 from my other social networks and on here I have gain at least 500 people who have accepted my friendship. Each week I receive a new friend request but that's not the main purpose for me being on this site but rather to encourage each and everyone of you to take the next step by joining my groups that I have created. Ask me why? Because to many people on here and on other social networks are to superficial and that's not cool. I want to to connect with you all both young and old in a more personal environment. This is why I have created my groups so that we can interact with one another and also for you to network with my true peeps. I also want to offer those of you who are serious about becoming friends with me a peace offering. Meaning that I will share all of my knowledge and resources with you for the greater good of our people. This is not a gimmick if you knew me on a personal level you would understand why I am doing all of this stuff. Just read my Web Journal it's self explanatory. If I had one wish that wish would be that everyone that I correspond with online would all join my groups from all of the social networks that I am apart of; and everyone would fully participate 100% of the time. I don't apologize for wanting to reach out to positive Black Men and Black Women and have a open dialalog in order to solve our problems facing our community. If you are sick and tired of me writing about the need for black unity then delete me from your friends list. I am not going to beg anyone to join my groups but know that I was one of the few who took a stand against the major problems facing our people in America. I have a life outside of the Internet but I choose to take the time to reach out to those online who are like minded individuals like myself instead of waiting on the government to intervene. If those of you don't mind living in a jackup neighborhood thats on you but I offer an alturnative solution. For those of you who are to uppity for this cause you need to remember where your parents and grand parents came from. I offer all of my services to assist you and your immediate family, and or your community for free. However, my services is for a limited time the choice is yours. Our nation face challenging times, and pressure on governmental budgets has increased as demand for services and assistance has risen. My goal is for both my Yahoo groups would increase in membership before the end of the year. Please don't join if you are not going to be active in them. I believe that if citizens have access to the information necessary to make well inform decisions about the issues facing their community then a lot of these issues would be solved. My vision is to keep on reaching out to ordinary citizens by way of the Internet to inform, challenge, and engage a responsive citizenry through cyberspace by enlighten, educating and empowering our community nationwide. In doing so, I hope to address a glaring disconnection between ordinary citizens and the social institutions. While these institutions are meant to provide leadership in establishing our national priorities, this process can only succeed if citizens have access to the information necessary to make well reasoned and timely judgments about the issues facing them. Thus, both my Yahoo groups are to inform, challenge, and ultimately engage in a responsive response to encourage full and meaningful debate and participation across the political, social, and economic spectrum. I am guided by these principles EDUCATION - Is the key to encouraging positive behaviors toward community improvement. INDIVIDUAL RESPONSIBILITY - Improving our communities, and the quality of life all begins with personal responsibility individuals becoming more engaged as citizens.
