High Deff is what they're pushing And done it again Blue Ray Hoo Ray stay distracted with this put on Now P in the cup It ain't practical to wonder Who's in charge of this? What a mess of innocent chumps 30 days for smokers Only 3 days for tweeks You're just transparent to the system That cycle perpetuates The hard time That they see Are not of their choosing Only Pain that we know Hell no it don't go, Cry if you please get down on your knees beg god and plead theirs time if we head Intelectual elite average man on the street Members of crimes On the low drop a dime Snitch did his time Hidden cheats in the sheets Wall street dollars Princeton scholars Crack head monsters It's not to late for change Shut it down Its been coming for a long time It weighs in with fire Tsunami, earth quake, and disaster Whats the main reason We change through the seasons Theirs Bear and theirs Bull You don't know? Don't ask and forget it 200 years still no change Don't think we've tried to fix it Love the one you hate Smile and live great Riches of the heart and soul Are the true treasures? It is sometimes an illusion When the time has passed That every soul has reconciled The selfish non-compassionate Vindictive wicked rouge will regret Being cast out among others of their nature In their nakedness they will come to understand There is a divine truth As time rolls on It has become that much more evident To me There is a god and he's mad Let's begin to drag the dark into the light Pray to your god And don't try to hate me For me being me Good hair and bad hair Light skinned, dark skinned House Negro or Thug Asian or Oriental Latino or Hispanic Indian or Native American Labels we don't like don't stick They may have worked at one time But we finally are beginning to grow up America and change will be good So please say a prayer Chant a chant Light some incense Light a candle Love somebody new Make a little spark Light a beacon A Ray of hope is our challenge That helps to brings the dark into the light

Today is the first day

Light beams brightly

Smiles beam from my heart

Good vibes abounds

Today's a new start

Mindful of love

That comes from above

The souls are free

Rise up through the trees

Beholding a dream

Like water flow free

Time is of the essence

Share life it's so precious

When it abounds

Make a joyous sound

Cry out from your soul

With truths to be told

It's never to late

For you to create

Just let it run free

And plant that new seed

What up attitude?

Posted

Yo attitude

Where's your gratitude?

Don't tell me you lost it

Oh so you think that they stole it?

Now you want your revenge

That won't make you new friends

Stand up and be honest

Live for the promise

No man is an island

It won't help being silent

Take a bold step

Rise to the calling

You claim you was balllin

You look like you've fallen

Get up show your pride

True love hasn't died

Show you got heart

Just do your part

You gotta have trust

Shake off that old dust

Look deep your heart

He'll give you your part

Have trust in your soul

Before you grow old

Don't try to blame others

It's your fault you gave up

Get back your pride!

In love you confide

You're a prince deep inside

Kings and Queens we are warriors!

How do you think we got this far?

With much love he has blessed us

Oh no it ain't easy

But its now the right seasons

The challenge is great

Lets move on past the hate

Yes our battle is enormous

But don't loose your focus

The calling is upon us

Don't get stuck on hate

The challenge, it can't wait

You can change your fate!

Just search deep inside

For that stamina and that pride

We are all Gods children

Success is what he gives us

Yes we are strong

So move right along

To sing this new song

Yea your attitude is wrong

When you don't know

How we can all just get along

Life 100 years ago, this is food for thought!!!

?? THE YEAR 1907??

This will boggle your mind, I know it did mine!

The year is 1907.

One hundred years ago.

What a difference a century makes!

Here are some statistics for the Year 1907 :

************************************

The average life expectancy was 47 years.

Only 14 percent of the homes had a bathtub.

Only 8 percent of the homes had a telephone.

There were only 8,000 cars and only 144 miles

Of paved roads.

The maximum speed limit in most cities was 10 mph.

The tallest structure in the world was the Eiffel Tower !

The average wage in 1907 was 22 cents per hour.

The average worker made between $200 and $400 per year .

A competent accountant could expect to earn $2000 per year,

A dentist $2,500 per year, a veterinarian between $1,500 and $4,000 per year, and a mechanical engineer about $5,000 per year.

More than 95 percent of all births took place at HOME .

Ninety percent of all doctors had NO COLLEGE EDUCATION!

Instead, they attended so-called medical schools, many of which

Were condemned in the press AND the government as "substandard."

Sugar cost four cents a pound.

Eggs were fourteen cents a dozen.

Coffee was fifteen cents a pound.

Most women only washed their hair once a month, and used

Borax or egg yolks for shampoo.

Canada passed a law that prohibited poor people from

Entering into their country for any reason.

Five leading causes of death were:

1. Pneumonia and influenza

2. Tuberculosis

3. Diarrhea

4. Heart disease

5. Stroke

The American flag had 45 stars.

The population of Las Vegas , Nevada , was only 30!!!!

Crossword puzzles, canned beer, and ice tea

Hadn't been invented yet.

There was no Mother's Day or Father's Day.

Two out of every 10 adults couldn't read or write.

Only 6 percent of all Americans had graduated from high school.

Marijuana, heroin, and morphine were all available over the counter at the local corner drugstores. Back then pharmacists said, "Heroin clears the complexion, gives buoyancy to the mind, regulates the stomach and bowels, and is, in fact, a perfect guardian of health." ( Shocking? DUH! )

Eighteen percent of households had at least

One full-time servant or domestic help.

There were about 230 reported murders in the ENTIRE ! U.S.A. !

Now I forwarded this from someone else without typing

It myself, and sent it to you and others all over the United States ,& Canada

Possibly the world, in a matter of seconds!

Try to imagine what it may be like in another 100 years.

Free Falling

By Carl J.

Back again

Face into the wind

Autumn leaves falling

There's a new day dawning

Old things set aside

As we begin a new ride

He shaped the cosmos

Obvious to most folks

Third eye blind

They closed their mind

They should have probed

Deeper and found he's a keeper

Dawn rushes forward

As the planet spins eastward

Wind in my face

I remember this place

It seems like yesterday

Loves bond is so strong

Kings and Queens

Arm in Arm

He keeps me from harm

Propelled towards the ground

They hear not a sound

They could look upwards

Bright stars light our nights sky

On stage bright lights twinkle

Float ever so lightly

He emanates brightly

The crowd rushes towards him

Now they adore him

His spirit took flight

LIke a meteorite

Sailing by your home

It was seen by no one

Catch the next phase

Eyes all a glaze

You might have herd something

But most knew of nothing

Hear now loves calling

Open your doorway

Zoom past the clouds

Drop into the pathway

The light is the true way

To love man is God's way

Reach out and be strong

It will pull you along

It gets even stronger

Chant prayers for the lost ones

Hear the dogs howl

They might even growl

Know you're protected

The wind blows as always

You're soon to touch down

Approaching the ground

Timeless as always

You must keep your faith strong

Impact the tundra

Bounce back to the true you

Dust your self off

You will never be lost

Survive the dark moment

Get up and smile brightly

You've endured a great while

The light of love emanates

Through burdens and hate

It cuts through the darkness

It gives you your focus

You might even see

The forest and the trees

Just know, its not hopeless

To get your sight focused

Today's in transition

For tomorrows beginning

The cycle is endless

True loves light he gives us

Creative juice going

He keeps these words flowing

Drop a new dime

To save troubled times

When you think that its over

Just park your Range Rover

Go kick it again

With all of your friends

They all will know

When your body's a glow
