Freedom..

We all have freedom of speech ... and self expression is extremely important to me. There are situations, laws, policies, procedures, regulations and such that can limit that freedom... for example... you can be unique, quirky, weird, political, and sexually expressive here on Black Planet however, there are limits to that expression if you want to keep your page "open". I think it is important for us to embrace ourselves and our "people" however we define such and remember that although we may not agree with those that wish to "spread themselves eagle" on their webpage and include statements such as "respect me" and "Proud to be a Christian", we can agree to disagree and express our opinions, but be careful if you choose to judge. For those who choose to judge and for those who end up as the judgee... YOU have the right to your opinion; right, wrong, good or bad. Our beliefs vary... that is what makes us unique... special... human... but reality will bring about results of our actions, so choose wisely, as you express yourselves.

Love is...

quiet nights, long walks, whispers soft, late at night.

Wishing wells, wedding bells, staring deep, hold me as I weep.

When I think of love, what love is, I think of you, and all you give, for without you, love I'd not know, it's because of you, that love is so.

Love is... I do believe... real good... yes indeed.

Black Dating Sites... I have visited and am a member of several sites that are listed as "Black Dating Sites", but as with Black Planet, there is a vast racial mixture. What do you think about this? Does it affect whether you will join or interact on this type of site or are you open to the possibility of meeting other races within a "Black Site"?
