New York, New York

I was fortunate enough to visit New York City this weekend and I saw the true hustle spirit of America alive and well. I was proud to see my people on every corner selling whatever people would buy, I love it. The best part of my visit was shopping and hanging with my mom. Real talk every moment I get to spend with my mommy is precious. I loved going into back alleys and making business transactions. If you ever buy purses in New York stay out of Chinatown, they sell junk. I loved it though, running in and out of stores making deals with people who are struggling to master the English language.

The shopping was cool but I had the most fun running around Times Square. It is beautiful, what makes it so beautiful is the spirit of the city. I saw and talked to people from around the world. I am just friendly I guess. It amazed me that black people are able to hustle on every corner in order to eat for that particular day.

When I praise God in the morning I will not forget to tell him thank you for allowing for me to visit such a lovely place with a spirit and filled with love. I enjoyed walking around and I believe I put a smile on somebody's face by being friendly and nice. I am alwasy friendly and nice but people appreciate it in NYC. Thank you God!!
