I see too many people promoting "business opportunities"..have we all went completely mad... Doesn't anyone have their own mind. Own ideas. Own way of thinking. Too many of us still think on the slave mentally... Come on folks I know for a fact that you have plenty of ideas. Maybe someone told you they were stupid. Listen up. Follow your dream. We keep leaving money on the table... Start with a solid foundation... Build up and grow... Dominate your niche, your industry, your marketplace... Then if there is nothing else for you to do, open up another business.... Many blacks get stuck in the implementation phase or the DO IT PHASE...

I see a lot of people promoting other peoples products. whether it is an affiliate product, mlm, or some other type of business model all of these things are great to do when you are young (or feel young) but instead of promoting someone else and making them rich why not build up your own assets? Don't get me wrong I am involved in Affiliate Marketing but I am building up my Supreme Webmaster business so that I control the money. The bottom line is control and predictability in business. If you can predict what will happen based on specific things you do, you are golden! I see all these people sending me links to other peoples products. Its nothing they control. They are chasing a commission. Your still a slave. Hell I am too! It's like if you get/force someone to do what you want you get paid. You shouldn't have to do all of that. Your customers should come to you. But of course you need to make yourself known before they can even know who you are. There are many ways to go about running a business. But I have realized that I am very lazy. I only want to do something one time and keep getting paid for it. That's why I decided that along with doing any Affiliate Marketing I should build up my business so that no matter what the future holds I have totally control over my money, my customers, and I have a huge asset that is very valuable. I will make sure my business is valuable based on the things I am doing now. This is a worthwhile endeavor. When you get 50-60 years old you are not going to want to kill yourself out there chasing money. You want to be selective at who you want to deal with and who you don't. You want to business to come automatic and its so easy to do if you setup your foundation to allow that.... It just takes commitment to work on it everyday and don't get distracted by all the million of money making schemes that people throw at you! Focus on what you do and you will make money if its a good business model.

I've been hard at work in the lab working on my craft. I'm an avid reader, I love to read for those that don't know. By the way "winners are readers" you must read... Every time I pick up a book or listen to an audio tape/CD I am stunned at how much there is to learn. But don't get me wrong don't get stuck in learning mode. You have to get money, you have to pay the bills while you are working on building up your business venture. Also I would suggest that people not worry about "little things" think BIG THINK BIG..let me say it again THINK BIG... I even have a problem with this at times. When I say think big I mean totally expand your goals turn them up a couple notches and don't worry about whether you think you can reach those goals or not. This is life and this is the purpose of life in my opinion. To conquer your weaknesses... We were born with incredible abilities but many of us don't live up to those abilities all the time (including me). I have to always remind myself to stay on point to keep pushing... I was lucky to have a very powerful family, my father and both mothers are POWERFUL... they aren't your average and that spirit trickles down to me. NEVER BE AVERAGE. Being average is for chumps. You never win.. This blog post is just a little motivation to you guys out there that might be listening. You can not lose...raise your mindset raise your confidence level...its time to kick butt in whatever it is you do..:)

Where are all the business folks at on BP? I receive a bunch of useless friend requests and 98 % of the people will never contact me nor will I because we probably don't have anything in common. I guess I find the quality of folks on BP to be the low end of social networks and its ashame because this one is supposed to be focused on minorities. Facebook murders BP, Twitter destroys BP, YouTube destroys BP, there is too much noise on here. I really wish they clean it up, way too many distractions and it makes it hard to find high quality people on here that are like-minded with which you can build a good relationship with. I guess its good for finding a "hookup". Someone out there tell me how effective you find BP in your business or personal goals or is it just something you do to waste a few minutes on, etc.

Greetings Peeps! It's 2009. Ask yourself a question, is my community any better today than it was last year or even 5 years ago? I can't say yes to that question. So what has changed? Oh we have a Black President...To many blacks its like Jesus has returned to save us all. It's amazing how many African Americans have been mesmerized by this guy. Now hear me out. Yes he is charismatic, Yes he walks with a pimp, yes it's hard not to like him. He seems harmless... This guy is a politician like the rest of them. I hear people saying "Give him a chance" 'he's intelligent" "he is way better than Bush or McCain" Don't get me wrong I did for a short period support Obama. But I wised up quick. I started really looking into his administration, I started reading more books about the people he has decided to align himself with. Paul Volcker, Tim Geitner, his right hand man is George Soros. If you guys haven't really did your due diligence on these guys then you need to. These guys are basically part of the elite minority of the world. No this isn't a good thing. You can't sit up there watching CNN, Fox news or MSNBC or BET for godsake and get the "whole truth" they will always mix part of the facts with fiction. They have been doing it for hundreds of years. What really surprises me is that a large number of blacks have put their guard down again. How many times do we have to get our azz kicked before we realize that NONE of these politicians are truly on our side? This current economic debacle was created,yes I said CREATED. Nothing is a surprise to the people at the top of the food chain. You can't possibly believe that a 170 billion dollar insurance company (AIG) just all of the sudden realized it was out of money... AIG is big, very big, it is virtually impossible for a company like this to be in this situation unless it was intentional. all of these companies are aligned with the government. They have friends in high places. Obama's whole "change" mantra is bogus as reality tv. It's all an illusion. During the next couple weeks I am going to show you guys proof. I don't hate Obama either. But its time to pull the skin back on this guy to really get at him. I'm not a conservative, I'm just a brotha that does a lot of reading and research. The bad thing is that this entire economic mess is just a lead up to something much much bigger. Yeah Obama was right about one thing there will be change. Probably NOT the change you were looking for. Black people should know better. History has proven that this country does not give a rats ass about us. what makes you now think that they decided to give up their old ways, let a Black person run the country and save everybody! save the earth and change everything as if he was some kind of messiah. hahaha Do you really believe that a Black person or anybody for that matter would be allowed to become president and just do what they want? its not possible. Not the way things are now. I'm sure I might get a bunch of people hating on me now because I called out Obama but this is all true and I have history on my side and lot's of information to share for those who care. Most people will be content going back to playing their xbox 360 or watching mtv or bet. you don't get it.. this isn't just about whether the president will do what he says he will. it's getting to the point where you will see drastic changes in the way of life for many many americans. The economic stuff is just getting you warmed up...

Hey Peeps, it's been a few months, I've been in the lab, working, learning and growing more mature in my business intelligence. I have formed a very good private mastermind group with several other Entrepreneurs that are making some good money but of course always striving to do better. My businesses are doing okay but nothing to brag about YET. So I took the advice of a very wealthy expert and decided it is time I reinvented my business, it's time I took a look at how I was marketing, what I was doing, because if I am losing it is because I am doing something wrong. I am funding my business 100 percent by my day job which luckily I do okay with. But I kid you not that these lessons, these trials, these mistakes that I am making will only help me out tremendously faster when it comes to running a multimillion dollar business which is one of my goals. So right now I have nothing to brag to you about, other than to say that I haven't lost my drive and passion not one bit! This is business and for something good it will take some work. I am getting closer to my goals and thus 1 million dollars more left to go!!!

Building wealth is not just some wishful thinking or affirmations, visualizations or praying. Those things will help you if you choose to do so. The main thing I want to shed is that you have to WORK. You have to take action. Are you hungry? Are you staying up late to work towards your goals? Are you going home from work and playing video games and NOT spending any time on your business? Shame on you if so. I have some pretty good role models and I have seen this first hand. My father works his butt off. I have seen him work all night until 4am in the morning for weeks straight. Because of his desire he has several degrees and is making a very nice six figure salary. I am sure many of you are doing similar or have the same goals. I have to get paid, and I have to get paid very very well. There is no question about it lol. The government doesn't come across my mind..Social Security what? heck NO. I don't want it they can keep it. Actually no I'll take what little bit they offer still LOL.. But I want the good life. And to be honest I already have it, I am just going through the motions. I make decent money at my current employment, but I am not one to be satisfied or settle for less. I have to keep it moving. I have no allegiance to any company, my allegiance is to myself and to my family and friends. Sure I do a good job at my 9-5 and I do what I am expected and more but I am not the employee type. As a matter of fact I am a terrible employee. And I don't like dealing with idiots and stupid managers and crummy jobs.

My point is don't sleep. Even when you are resting keep one eye open (just kidding). Keep money on your mind, if this is what you really really want, keep your mind on your money and your money on your mind. This has absolutely nothing to do with material possessions. This has to do with reaching a goal you have to desire freedom of your time, freedom to do more and spend more with your family than just going with the flow and possibly never retiring. This is about having the financial intelligence and discipline to do whatever it takes to have your ultimate freedom and to reach your ultimate goal. At least this is my vision. I have not gotten technical but I will start shedding light on specific things I am doing and it has nothing to do with the latest HOT BUSINESS, I am more interested in business principles, business development, marketing, profitability, etc not the latest biz fad..

Do NOT SLEEP people, this is a critical time, very critical time. Don't be comfortable and think just because your driving an escalade and you have a 67 inch TV in your living room that life is good lol. You need to really look at your finances and ask yourself critical questions for the benefit of your family. How much money do you have saved for your retirement? Do you have a will? Have you taken inflation into account for when you plan to retire in the future? How well are your investments doing (401K, IRA, stocks, Bonds, etc)? I am not sitting here telling you to worry I am sitting here telling you to start planning effectively and that you can create whatever reality you desire!

Okay folks so part of building your wealth has to do with picking the right team. You need a strong dedicated and knowledgeable team of people that you can rely on. Reading Think and Grow Rich by Napolean Hill, I began to learn and understand what a mastermind group is all about. I see too many people trying to do their own thing, but what you don't understand is you can't compete with these companies not because of finances or funding or anything else. You can't compete because you don't have a team... These companies understand mastermind groups (although they may not call it that) but you as the small business owner, entrepreneur, need to fully utilize and build you a team of dedicated motivated and driven individuals.

I have a team. I have several programmers, web designers, writers, and I am constantly expanding my team to bring in the RIGHT kind of people to work with me and we help each other out. I pay them well for their services and they begin to understand my attitude and they strive to help me out and look out for me even when I may not have asked them to! Your team doesn't have to be large, the most important part is that you have at least one other person that is supporting you, helping you analyze your business, helping you market, helping you get further ahead than you could solo. I am not going to tell you that this is an absolute requirement because there are no absolutes. But I will tell you that with a team you will realize your goals and aspirations much much sooner and you would have leveraged all your resources and did it the smart way. Don't work hard work smart!

I run across a lot of people that talk about obtaining wealth, starting a business, losing weight, getting a better job, etc. They do a lot of talking and some people even start taking some action but then lose sight of their goals. In order to be successful in this world and this has been proven by many successful people in the world-you have to stop complaining, set your sights on what you want, desire it to the fullest extent, visualize your goal coming true and take action everyday! If you are really serious about achieving, you must work at whatever it is you want EVERY SINGLE DAY!

I see a lot of people lose steam, they procastinate and they make excuses but what people have to realize is that none of that matters what matters is that you shape your reality into what you want it to become. Don't take NO for an answer, don't get discouraged, don't get sidetracked, quit waiting for the "right time". The right time is now because when it is all said and done there is no one else you can blame but the person in front of you when you look in the mirror.

I know deep in my heart that I will achieve my goals of wealth and in fact I already feel wealthy. In fact I absolutely have brainwashed myself and I continue to increase this until I reach my goals and even after that I will continue to build myself and continue learning. You must invest in yourself. I know this may all sound corny or it may sound like wishful thinking but it is much much more than that. These are ancient techniques I am borrowing from my ancestors! This is real, that if you magnetize your thoughts towards what you want it will indeed happen. You can astound yourself by what you can accomplish if you would only believe in yourself and think outside of the box. I would love to see all of my friends and family succeed and I am only here to help them if I can but to be honest, in this mission most of the work has to be done by the individual. I can't do your push ups for you I have to do my own push ups! Come on peeps let's work together, motivate each other and achieve our goals and have the life we want. It's as simple as that. If you love the way your life is now then that is fantastic! If you don't then get your #@#* up and let's get busy....

I was recently reminded of the power of the Mind when dealing with life as a whole. Everything about a person at a particular stage in their life is a direct result of their thought processes and what they believe is true. People that are in poverty do not suffer are not poor because they lack talent, they are not poor because of circumstance, they are poor and in poverty because of the result of limited thought. Nothing else impacts your life more than the way you actualize yourself and your situation. Thoughts are like seeds that get planted in soil. That seed whether negative or positive, whether empowering or not GROWS in the mind. That image of whatever your thought process is becomes reality. This is the law of the universe. This Laws can not be broken and you can witness it everyday. Look at successful people and talk to them and see that they are always upbeat, positive, excited for the future and continually moving forward. They have developed their mind either via experience, habit, through self study, maybe it comes natural to them, but they have programmed and allowed POWERFUL thoughts to enter and plant seeds in their mind. Thus those seeds become that persons inner image of themselves which ultimately flows outward and can be witnessed and seen by others. It is confidence, it is passion for what they do, it is unwavering focus and clarity for bright things coming their way in the present and future.

You heard the old saying be careful what you wish for. That thing that you WISH for is in the form of a thought whether good or bad and yes it will come true if you truly believe in that wish. Some people doubt this power and they say that 'yes I do think positive" but what I want hasn't come yet or won't come to me" The problem there is that you have WISHED for something to occur in your life, but the original negative thoughts that caused you to be where you are, are still planted in your head. Thoughts do not go away, they stay in the mind until neutralized or until a new thought is realized and believed that will overpower your previous belief and thought patterns. Why do you think every self help book on the planet talks about changing the way you think? Because it is TRUE.... If you develop your mind you will be well on your way to tremendous success. Les Brown recommends to spend at least 12 percent of your income developing your mind and also developing and improving your communication skills. These two skills are prevalent and will set you apart and open up doors for you in every part of your life, business, family, sex, relationships, etc.

Spend more time reading books, push yourself everyday to learn one new thing, set goals for yourself and work on them everyday. Even if you only do one thing towards your goal everyday be consistent and do that every single day. This will give you so much momentum and power and confidence it will be amazing and you will already feel you have accomplished something when indeed you have.
