I've been sick. and in varyng degrees of pain over the last couple of weeks. but never fear!!

i'm here and i've got some links to share with you!

-the revolution in iran is truly inspiring. i think the general consensus is that it's less about who wins the election - ahmadinejad or moussavi. it's more about the heartwrenching image of the iranian people railing against their oppressive government and demanding more. even though iran is thousands of miles away, we should always stay connected to and support communities of change all over the globe.

check out the daily dish for ongoing coverage that comes in the form of youtube videos, tweets and email dispatches from iran.

-celebrating Father's Day this weekend? Read what President Obama has to say about his first Father's Day in the White House HERE.

-this next link is completely unrelated to my otherwise political posts. but, for those of you who don't know, i'm a big design geek. i love anything and everything having to do with good, solid, expressive design. when i saw this room, i thought "THIS is my brain turned into a living room."

think of this as an informal poll: are any of you out there into interior design or design in general? would you like me to post some interesting things that i come across in my wed-browsing here? maybe you'll be inspired to start a project of your own! let me know!
