Buying in quantity assures the best value which hopefully allows the purchase of a better grade of food at a lower price. One more household chore done. Simply place a given amount from that 20 pound bag of your favorite brand in the dogs bowl and all is well. Or is it? Take a minute and ask yourself a question. If your favorite meal is beef stew do you want that 7 days a week more than once a day?
The red hot pepper plant has an ingredient called capsaicin. You can get this ingredient by eating a lot of hot red peppers or beef and pumpkin casserole curry dishes, but that might upset your stomach. A better alternative is to go to your local health food store and get it in supplement form. Aim for 2-3 capsules per day.

Alright, assemble all of your ingredients close to you because this cooking process is fast! Start by heating a wok or non-stick skillet with about 2 tablespoons of canola oil and a few drops of sesame oil on high heat. The final meal centered around packaged meatless baked Ziti Siciliano with eggplant that I generously doused with grated Parmesan cheese. The Cabernet was chewy and refreshing but a bit flat at first. It became better later.
In a Dutch oven, brown the bacon over medium heat until browned. Remove beef casserole delia a slotted spoon and transfer to a bowl. Add in the beef cubes and brown on all sides. Add in the chopped potatoes, carrots and celery and continue to cook for another hour to hour and a half until the beef is tender and the vegetables have been cooked through. Check seasonings and adjust if necessary. Serve.
