Meal bar replacements and protein shakes are great quick fixes but they don't take the place of a hardly, nutritional meal... enter your crockpot!

Say no to fad diets, celebrity foods, lemonade or low calorie foods that spoil your health. All these foods will only affect your body organs that help in increasing fat burning hormones. Instead, implement more good food in your diet. Taco Bell's Regular Style Spicy Chicken Soft Taco to me, resembles the McDonald's snack wrap in appearance. This delectable nosh is filled with pieces of very flavorful shredded chicken that has a spicy and also exciting flavor that makes it hard to stop eating once one has started.
