Artist, football player Ernie Barnes, 70, dies

A Bronco in 1960s, he was known for ‘Sugar Shack’ painting featured on ‘Good Times’ Renowned artist Ernie Barnes, a former pro football player who switched to painting full time after his sports career ended, has died, according to published reports quoting his longtime personal assistant.  (ajc.com - http://www.ajc.com)
