A fully predictive pc model has been developed for a single-screw plasticating extrusion. The model considers five zones of the extruder and the die, and describes a surgical procedure of the extruder-die program, making it possible to predict a mass move level of the polymer, pressure and temperature profiles along the screw channel and in the die, sturdy bed profile, and electric power consumption. Moreover, combining degree, heat range fluctuation and viscoelastic houses of the polymer happen to be estimated.
