Why is it that you have lot of landlords that own their properties but you never see them when you need thing fixed but when it is time for them to collect there money they are always on time. For example there is this house that has major problems like no heat,ceiling falling in around the house and so is the floor. but everytime it comes to rent time the landlord is right there. Can anyone tell me how i can help her fix it? There are ten kids in the house and three adults.
